My doula services include:

• At least 2 prenatal meetings (time permitting) to help you prepare for your birth.

• Ongoing text and email availability once hired.

• On-call availability 2 weeks prior to and after your estimated due date.

• Belly casting coming soon.

• Labor support during labor and delivery and up to 2 hours postpartum to assist with breastfeeding and recovery.

• At least one postpartum visit at home.

• Text and email availability for support postpartum.

• $500 for all services listed. Additional post-partum support may be negotiated.
